Shipping and Delivery Information

  1. Delivery Areas

European Union (27 countries): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Other European countries and territories: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

⚠ Ukraine: Due to the ongoing armed conflict, deliveries to Ukraine are subject to significant restrictions. DHL accepts shipments to Ukraine but cannot guarantee delivery to active conflict areas, temporarily occupied territories, or areas near the front lines. Delivery times are highly variable (15–30 business days or more) and cannot be reliably predicted. We reserve the right to review orders with a delivery destination in Ukraine on a case-by-case basis. For any questions, please contact us at europe@darto.org before placing your order.

⚠ Greenland: Greenland is an autonomous territory of Denmark, but it is not part of the EU, the European Economic Area, or the EU customs territory. Shipments to Greenland are therefore treated as international export shipments and are subject to Greenlandic customs regulations. Any applicable import duties are covered by us under our DDP delivery terms. Due to limited transport connections, please allow 7–14 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the applicable DHL rates and are clearly displayed before the order is completed. Costs depend on the delivery country and the weight of the shipment.

Free Shipping – Pre-sale from June 23 to June 30, 2026: To celebrate the opening of our Hamburg store, all orders placed between June 23, 2026 (00:00 CEST) and June 30, 2026 (23:59 CEST) will be shipped free of charge to all delivery areas, with no minimum order value. Please note: Pre-sale orders will only be shipped once the goods have arrived from Argentina at our Hamburg warehouse. We expect pre-sale orders to be ready for dispatch during the first week of September 2026.

  1. Delivery Times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hamburg). After the order has been received, shipments are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated DHL Standard transit times are as follows, depending on the delivery country:

Germany: 3–5 business days
Core Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 4–6 business days
Central and Northern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Liechtenstein): 6–9 business days
Southern and Western Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, Ireland, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Jersey): 6–9 business days
Southeastern and Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 7–10 business days
Northern Europe (Norway, Iceland): 7–10 business days
Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia): 8–14 business days
Eastern Europe and Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova): 10–16 business days
Other territories (Andorra, Greenland, Monaco, San Marino, Turkey, Vatican City): 8–14 business days
Ukraine: 15–30 business days (highly variable; see note above)

The delivery times stated are estimates. In exceptional cases — for example due to customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure — delays may occur. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number for real-time shipment tracking.

  1. Delivery Terms (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

Deliveries within the European Union: Orders delivered within the EU are not subject to import duties. The VAT applicable to your purchase in your country is already included in the final price displayed.

Deliveries outside the European Union (DDP): For all deliveries to countries outside the EU, all applicable import duties and taxes in the destination country are included in the purchase price. You will not incur any additional costs upon delivery.

  1. Packaging and Transport Damage

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage upon delivery and contact us immediately at europe@darto.org.
