- Pressed into a single laminated carbon steel of 3 mm thickness with no welds or rivets

The particularity of paellas n.25, n.20, and n.15 is that in addition of being very practical for cooking, they can also be used as dishes to serve at the table due to its great efficiency maintaining temperature. The 3 cm height (a bit lower than our Saute pan models) makes the use of cutlery easy and practical.
