Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day withdrawal period, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Upon request, DIBDE GmbH may provide you with a return shipping label. Any return shipping costs associated with such label will be borne by you and communicated to you in advance. Alternatively, you may arrange the return shipment yourself.

This provision applies to returns made under the right of withdrawal.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For cookware, cooking with the product, seasoning it, scratching or otherwise altering its surface may result in diminished value where such handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
