2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the applicable shipping rates and are clearly displayed before the order is completed. Costs depend on the delivery destination and the weight of the shipment.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hamburg. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination and the shipping service. Estimated delivery times may vary and can be affected by customs clearance, local authorities, public holidays, carrier delays, force majeure, or other circumstances outside DARTO's control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. VAT, Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Any VAT charged at checkout is included in the final price displayed before the order is completed. Import VAT and other import-related charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Any import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar charges applicable to an order are the responsibility of the customer.

Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout or may be charged separately by the customs authorities or the carrier before or upon delivery.

The amount of any such charges is determined by the relevant authorities and/or carrier and may vary depending on the destination and the goods ordered.

Failure or refusal to pay applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other charges required for delivery does not, by itself, constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If a shipment is returned because the customer refuses or fails to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges, or refuses to accept delivery, any direct return shipping costs charged as a result will be borne by the customer.

If the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, such direct return shipping costs may be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
